I just think it's worth pointing out that to date, while CDs may not be arriving as soon as our customers would like them to (and I do understand that feeling, I've watched my own mailbox many a time), as far as I've been able to trace they've been arriving within the promised time, which is the benchmark we really have to check against. As I said, we're working with Digital River to improve feedback and information to the customer on a variety of issues at each step in the process. Thanks for your help. Regards, - Erik
