Status: offline 		Looking down into one of the mortar battery pits from the front (Sound side). The large open doors give access to the mag spaces that go from one side of the battery, around the front and to the other side, (seperated internally into 3 long rectangular compartments)

Status: offline 		Between the mortar batteries and the main gun line facing the north coastline lies the remains of the harbor defense command post. It was used up till the 1950's before the fort was decommissioned.
