Looks like I'll have to get these trousers washed, again, after all the 'class' that's been splattered on them.

I think that I like the Japanese pronunciation of it better -- "Rots and rots of crass".

You like the poopie jokes over there..eh. Japanese one was even better.

Thank you Herman for pointing out the errors in some of the mags , we are not all perfect like you I expect, this is because I am Human and make mistakes , the errors will be recified next week some time , this is due to having a full time job with long hours not much time with the wife therefore Harpoon is a hobby to me not a full time job, so Herman give some slack , I dont have alot of time off unlike you who seems to enjoy ripping the crap out of everyone or thing which you dont like or agree with, so Herman if you have a problem with errors a PM or email is just as good as a post , I'm been friendly here Herman, you do not want to see me pissed as I can really be a pain in the ass

Trust me man don't get mad !. The rest of the world was out doing their thing having a good time while Herman was plugging away trying to find something bad to post. Who's on the up end of that one.

Keep the good stuff coming Paul. Really having a great time with it.

As you've always elected to post your thoughts and criticism of others on public fora, it is only reasonable for the public to reply on said same medium. The medium and manner of response has already been dictated by you, yourself, and shall continue with every attempt (yours and others) at obfuscation and deflection of the facts.

The original mention of the magazine glitch was only done in passing as it would not likely have a significant (if any) effect on the scenario. However, every subsequent attempt to divert attention from it only served to focus more attention on it.

You mention the magazine glitch and how it would have little effect. However as usual , you posted said minor item to three separate posts, and are still posting about it.
By contrast I played the scenario through, enjoyed it and posted up an AAR about it.

The difference seems clear to me. Was there actually anything in the scenario that you liked?

You need to work on being a whole lot cooler Herman. Spending your friday night trying to annoy Paul (by your own admission) instead of having fun with whatever it is you have fun with is douchey.

Yahoo, Baby! Shagadelic!

I hit the Tri-Fecta with Larry, Moe, and Curly!

Guess I'll grow my eyebrows out and start smoking cigars to fit in with the 'cool' ones.

Okay if you go out don't wax Austin Powers. Just some advice

No 3 Stooge jokes either.

You can grow your eyebrows out? That's weird Groucho Between your stepping in the poop jokes and the vaudville references you'd be king of the 6-10 or 60-80 demographic. There you go...do your thing man.

Anyhooo.....

Get out and have some fun Herman. Hanging out on the game list all day obsessing over bug reports, given AGSI a hard time or trolling the forums looking for fire ain't cool. This is supposed to be a fun hobby, not one's life Course thats entirely up to you

So any scenarios planned with Paul's DB?

Yeah got like 8 scenarios on deck however don't carry on about it all over the place. Got better things to do and as long as the guys dig it who cares really. If you care you can check it out at the usual spot.

Anyways planning a trip up your way early next year. If your game we'll go out do some bar hoppin, talk some poon and have a good time. You game? Be nice to see what the real Herman is like not the Poon persona

Sure thing. Got about the same number of scenarios in the queue, too.

For someone who claims to have so little time to loiter in forums, you sure do find the time to 'waste' on forumites.

Go out and get some of that 'life' you keep extolling.

Hehe.. figured you did. Its amazing how important that kind of thing seems to be to you sometimes.

Sunday a pretty chill day everywhere man so might as well put some forum and scenario time before the game (which starts in about 30 sec)! Cides think I've only logged a few minutes on here for the last week so why not

So you got a bunch of scenarios ready. Any of them for Paul's DB?

So magnanimous of you to share your busy life with everyone. Sounds like you've got the entire world figured out. Someone needs to nominate you to the UN to solve the world's problems. Your wisdom is certainly wasted on a game forum.

Now don't know about all that but my message is....be cool. Its up to you what you do with it or how you want to take it though

BTW 3-0 Tigers...Could be a shutout. You watching?

I've asked twice about any scenarios you might be working on with Paul's DB. If you don't have any why on earth do you care what Paul does or whats wrong with his database? Why would you waste an entire Friday night over it?

And my message is, take your advice where it will be appreciated (like the UN) since this is a game forum and not Ann Landers.

Thanks for enlightening me on what 'coolness' constitutes. I would have been totally lost without you, my everlasting light.

I knew that this thread would, eventually, return to scenario design instead of an advice column.

You do much better as a scenario designer than an advice columnist.

Hm... Paul are you sure you want to give Herman access to that scenario... we all know what happened after Herman was given the go-head to 'fix' Klaus' scenarios a few months back...

It might also be a good idea to stick to version 3.6 of Harpoon3 until we get a working copy of 3.7.x

hehe asked for a solution he gave me an answer which actually worked, still using 3.7.1 beta if the next patch doesn't live upto expectations I will be reverting back to 3.6
