Thanks, Andre! Honestly, even with the dog and cats, keeping it in show quality and leaving at a moment's notice will be easier to manage than the deep, deep cleaning we're going through right now.

At least I think I'm finished hauling stuff out to storage for now.

It has currently been listed at it's price for 80 days. It will still be there in a few weeks, when our's is under contract to sell. Then, our new offer will be quite a bit lower than the original one we made.

Status: offline 		Had a fun, but exhausting trip to the ballpark last night with the kids. Great game to watch for families with kids-a rousing come from behind victory for the home team. Didn't get home until about midnight though.

Had to carry my 9 YO to bed. Dude's getting big! I won't be able to do that in another couple years. But I can now.

Here's to the American past time. A summer evening baseball game.
