The problem is that Roy Hodgson is great manager for persuading 2nd rate players that they are good players. With the England job he has to find a way of persuading 2nd rate players who think they are superstars that they may be more than just kick and rushers.

Thank you for the congratulatíons. I did not understand it as I felt that it might be bad for Sweden and good for England that Roy Hodgson takes over so I felt I should rather congratulate you. But he might have to little time to make enough impact.
