Status: offline 		i have downloaded the beta patch and the problem persists.the same issue than previously.is there any solution???

Status: offline 		i can login to multiplayer but the nothing happens and i can´t access to the game i was playing.i send you the image of what i can see. it says login sucessful and it is all.i can´t see any games

Status: offline 		I'm going to put up all the steps I tell people to try.

###Can't Login or can login but can't make games. Or can't see games.
Player data... delete file login again
C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\playerData.dat

###Disable/Check firewall to make sure it isn't

###Try right clicking and running as admin on the WarPlan.exe game.
Games should install under.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix\WarPlan
Or where you installed them.

### If all else fails
Disable any antivirus in all forms you might actually have more than one.
Reinstall the game as admin. Right click the installer and run as admin.

###Save game files are here. If you can't see them your system probably didn't install the game correctly. This folder will hold user data, scenarios, and saved games.
C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\

Status: offline 		automatically when the message of "login successfull" appears it sends me again to the login of multiplayer. this is the next screen i can see since the last i posted.

if i closed the windows that it says"login successful" i go to the main menu

Status: offline 		Today I should be putting up a new beta. It will show you the login error code on failure. That way we can pin point this down.

Very few players have had issues logging in. So let's figure this out.

Status: offline 		I've installed the game with your serial number and logged in multiplayer with your account details and I was able to successfully login and saw the lobby with your multiplayer games.
I haven't installed any beta.
So definitely the issue is in your side. It might be related with the connection.

It could be the hotel you are at is specifically blocking gaming sites.

I too believe that's the issue. Not blocking specific gaming sites but some type of connections.

Connect your laptop to the phone
Do your turn, send your turn.

The save files are only 5mb. 1 gig of data is 1000mb.

Status: offline 		If you are using the phone, try the hotel wifi if they have it. Something is blocking the connection post login.
