If you are not a PBEM player "elite", do not expect any help, for the few PBEM players can scream much louder than you.

That statement is quite offensive.

I have never seen any evidence that non PBEM players receive any less assistance than do PBEM players. Questions asked in the AE forum are answered by me with no discrimination given based on whether the questioner does, or does not play PBEM.

I agree with Alfred.

I have not seen questions left unanswered no matter what the "status" of originator is.

There has been couple of notable exceptions in past with really obnoxious posters, though. But that is totally different "status".

I also attempt to answer questions. I may not get into as much detail as others, I may not quote chapter and verse nor do I have all of the pertinent threads bookmarked, but I try and sometimes I may be mistaken. Even the experts may be mistaken, sometimes the PBEM elite have it incorrect. Sometimes people do have the time to play PBEM nor the commitment as well. It does get tiring to answer constant questions from someone who played a previous version of a predecessor game who has not bothered to read the manual for this game. Before I do any PBEM games, I will go over the manual as well as the notes on changes.
