Nothing of interest to talk about in the game.

West Yellowstone basically is surrounded by mountains, so it gets a lot of snow and cold temperatures.

That sounds very nice. Especially with a nice fire, a cup of hot chocolate with creme de menthe, and a pretty female or two to snuggle with . . .

At Big Sky there are downhill ski resorts. There is mostly cross country skiing around here. A lot of the Mountains are in Yellowstone National Park, so no ski resorts there.

Snowmobiling has always been the big thing here, although it has slacked off the last few years. They do not even plow the streets in town, they just groom them for the snowmobilers.

These missions are two fold, one is off course to sink ships, disrupt whatever my opponent is doing.
the second is to try and increase my crews experience and they did, not as much as I would have liked, but some.

Another interesting tidbit from the ops file:

2nd Raiding Regiment is located at Kagoshima(102,60).

It would seem that he is not positioning his paratroop units
somewhere where they can be used.

but you sink four ships and escorts are valuable for the Japanese. Better result than usual with a minefield

Neither ship is listed on my sunk ship list, but I heard sinking sounds after both attacks.
There was 1 Jake listed as destroyed on the ground for the turn.

The darned DDs are hard to hit.

Nothing of great interest happened today.

But I did overlook that I had a sub doing emergency repairs at Lae

SS Tautog scuttled at Lae to prevent capture!
