Yesterday it was a record breaking 51. Beating the old record of 46 in 1943. We surely deserve it. 2004 we didn't get a summer. so it only fair we don't get a winter. So, I'm dreaming of a brown Chrstmas. Just like the ones you have down there. It is only fair that no ice of glare. And yells and cheers fill the air. The Vikes evaporated. No offense, no defence 6 yards passing in the third quarter.[8\|] I'm calling this season the next seasons pre-season.[:'(] Though the Sioux beat the Russian Red Stars 5-1. Listening to thier national anthem brought back fond memories of the Soviet union and the good old cold war days. (sniff.wiping tear) It just wasn't same. No jerseys with CCCP. Coaches with ill-fitting suits. Assistant coaches with bad early `70's jogging clothes. Oh gone are the days. sigh.[:D] Jeff, don't forget to stock up on supplies before the weather moves in. We'll be thinking of you guys as we bask in the mid-20's.[8D]

Marky Marc and the Funky Bunch... It was so nice this weekend, I almost went out to play a round of golf... BUT, I watched my Chiefs pull out one hell of a game!! We're suppose to get blasted tonight...who knows...been raining all day, if it was cold, we'd have a foot of snow. Makes for some great pheasant and quail hunting!! I am stocking up on the essentials to play AE with... pretzels, few select beers, wine to put me to bed at night, and push pops..orange, a must... Stay warm!

I have an 11 point lead in the fantasy football playoffs against Cap Mandrake's team, and he has SF's kicker going tonight. If the kicker scores 10 or less fantasy points I win! In addition to football, I have a rum drink in hand, helping me fill out HR paperwork for my new job. [:D] It seems there is also a little something from the Space Chickens in my email inbox. [;)]

I love this foot of snow we have so far.... All I have is a front yard full of rain water... Do we have any weathermen on this forum? You guys are more off with your predictions than my grain marketing suggestions to farmers... Oh sure, 3 dollars is a great price for corn... Wow, a defensive penalty just took 3 points off the board for our good Captain and SF scored a touchdown right after! Only 1 point for Mandrake, and I still have a field goal cushion. Oops, no, slightly less than a 3 point lead now. [sm=scared0008.gif]

Good morning. Weatherman was spot on with a foot of snow.. .not. If it wasn't all over the news, I wouldn't even be able to tell this was a "Winter Storm"...little slick this morning.. however, the weathermen in this area are right .05% of the time anyways...
