Around a decade ago, my wife and I were in a Japanese restaurant in your neck of the woods. Our waitress was a very attractive and thematically dressed 18 to 20 year old, and very Japanese looking. She spoke English with a halting Japanese accent and fully played the part otherwise. I smiled when her SoCal accent slipped out... [:D]
