We can offer lots of Monopoly money. [:)]

AE is much more a labor of love than a successful commercial enterprise. At least for the development team.

Chemkid...you up for Monopoly money? Maybe we can all combine our games and come up with a few million in Monopoly funds. I'll have to dig around and find out if the game is still somewhere in the house. [:)]

Or, Chemkid, if you don't accept Monopoly currency, maybe the AE team can provide something else? [:D]

I am now using your map. MAGNIFICENT! It will be recommended on the Mod Site I maintain for the Treaty, RA and Between the Storms Mods.

ok... (but atm i'm so into ootp15 - it's scary!)
btw, very cool signature you have there. [sm=sign0031.gif]

I'm way late to the party, but the maps look awesome!

What caught my reader's eye - is my other time consuming obsession... OOTP!!!
Personal opinion - graphics are better but the GUI took a on cartoonish turn from OOTP14 - but the gameplay is great.

Are the number keys the numeric key pad keys or the QWERTY keys? For some applications they do different things.

Kitakami -> RE: WitP-AE Topo Map Project (8/7/2014 6:44:02 PM)

I am having problems with the Hot Key panel. I even tried two, the dot and the hex. They just do not work for me. The dot map does, however, so I find it strange. Win 8.1 here, which could be the culprit. Any ideas?

btd64 -> RE: WitP-AE Topo Map Project (8/7/2014 7:09:54 PM)

Remember you have to remove the original panel and then install the new one. I have a file in the art folder named original topo map art and I put the old panels in their. Hope this helps.....GP

Thanks for your insights all. One of the map mods does not work on my machine either (do not recall which one right now, although I think it is the one without borders). I will keep taking jabs at it and let you know if I find what is going on.

Thanks for a great map set though. It is really beautiful!

Jace11 -> RE: WitP-AE Topo Map Project (8/12/2014 9:22:29 PM)

Eagerly awaiting the new Japanese style map, but, as I'm not a patient person I've been experimenting with your Topo map a bit.

Its probably my eyes, but for some reason I was seeing the black roads as blue-ish on certain backgrounds (mainly yellow ones I think). I know they are not blue cause I checked, but I found it a little off-putting, but I also liked the hex ocean colors so I made a version without roads and rail, but with ocean hex shading and some lighter hexes over land. I'm now ok till your next map comes out...
