Thanks for the info on your Excel file! Great idea. I'm loving the AAR, but I'm hung up on a rules question. Why, in this land combat across a river, were none of the attackers' attack strength halved for the river? (The Axis units add up to 55 attack, plus the (halved) ground support, for a total of 57 -- no halving due to crossing a river. MWIF gave the Axis credit for all 57 attack factors; no river malus.) Do rivers freeze in snow? That might make sense, but I can't find any such provision in the rules. quote:
