I'm not sure what the rules are reguarding a Zone of Control around ships but I would guess that the hex the ship is IN would be interdicted at the very least. Naval blockade......that's a good idea. There ought to be a help desk that we could call with our good ideas. I'll run that idea past Bob Cross and see what happens.
