STEF78 -> Camerone in Berlin (1-1945) (12/31/2013 10:15:39 AM)

Turn 189, 25th january 1945

Hungary surrendered...

Situation is all but under control. I'm like a punching ball and there are only 56 VP left.

Schascha can advance where and when he wants

He is the cat and I'm the wounded mouse...

STEF78 -> Camerone in Berlin (2-1945) (12/31/2013 10:17:41 AM)

Turn 190, 1st february 1945

I think it will be the last turn, so I post it before receiving the last response from Schascha.

GHC has 46 VP left and more than 10 can be taken by SHC next turn.

I attacked till the end and scored 3 victories on this turn and I retook Halle

My last victories

Some comments on the game:

WITE is really great. It has been 2 years since I am plunged there and I always discover new aspects

Thanks to 2b3 to continue to work on this program

At the level of the improvements to be brought I find that the surrounded units should be able to resist longer, especially if they have supply and a good morale.

Besides, the momentum of the offensives is too powerful. Except the periods of mud, Schascha did not have a single break in his offensive since November, 1943.

And there should be a limit on the number of forts that can be built![;)]

I agree with that. I think it should be possible to supply units in a pocket and return them to beachhead status without having an airbase in the pocket.

Thanks a lot to Schascha for this game!

It begun more than one year ago in real life time and we spent hundreds of hours on the game.

I enjoyed this game and learnt a lot.

I will be back!

Even if you don't read french, have a look on Schascha's AAR at least for the last screenshots.
