I've still got almost an identical problem here. Difference is that I ordered a little later, and as of right now, I don't even have any sort of shipping notification, and of course, no tracking number. I do have a help desk ticket open on this, and was asked to contact again if I still haven't gotten notice (this was on Thursday). I updated the ticket today accordingly. I don't expect Matrix to put me at the head of the shipping line, and I don't expect FEDEX to land a helicopter on my front lawn with the package....all I'm asking for is a notice and a tracking number. At this point, it would be reassuring to know that I haven't (through another glitch in the shipping system) paid in full for 1/2 a product.
